Is it free?
Section titled “Is it free?”Yes. While the beta lasts, everything is free.
Do I need to install anything?
Section titled “Do I need to install anything?”No. It all runs in the browser on a computer and on a phone. On a phone you can add the app to the home screen from the browser’s menu — it then opens like any other app.
Which devices work best?
Section titled “Which devices work best?”Anything from a phone to a large monitor. Players usually need only a phone; a laptop is handier for the GM, but a whole fight can be run from a phone too.
Which rules?
Section titled “Which rules?”SRD 5.1 — the open part of the fifth-edition rules, published under the CC-BY-4.0 licence. The app has the whole SRD in English and Russian: monsters, spells, equipment, magic items. There is no material from paid books.
Do players see what the GM sees?
Section titled “Do players see what the GM sees?”No. GM notes, campaign monsters, hidden combatants and secret rolls are never shown to players. Players see a monster’s hit points the way the GM chooses: exactly, as a bar, as a word, or not at all.
Where is my data kept?
Section titled “Where is my data kept?”On a server in the European Union. We keep only what the game needs and use no advertising trackers. More in the privacy notice.
How do I delete my account?
Section titled “How do I delete my account?”Write to [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your username. We delete the account and its data within 30 days. A delete button in the app comes later.
